The Opportunity
We are looking for small and medium local Red Deer businesses to partner with us for the first ever GrupDesk Epic Quest. Once the event has completed, we will gather feedback from participants in order to better the event in hopes of making the GrupDesk Epic Quest a seasonal event.
To become an official sponsor of the GrupDesk Epic Quest, we require that each business donate an item or cash prize to the grand prize. Businesses may also choose to be sole sponsor for a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prize.
Sponsoring businesses may choose to offer additional prizes or deals to participants who come to their store. This may be a discount on a certain product or a freebie. This is not required, but if you choose to o er additional incentives to GrupDesk Epic Quest participants to encourage them to shop at your store, we will advertise these deals on the GrupDesk Epic Quest webpage.
The Benefits of Sponsoring
By becoming an official sponsor of the GrupDesk Epic Quest, you will receive a unique QR code that you will display in a visible area, either inside or outside of your establishment. This will draw participants to your location and increase traffic to your business.
All official GrupDesk Epic Quest sponsors will also receive a branded trophy page on the GrupDesk Epic Quest participant screen, logo placement on all official GrupDesk Epic Quest advertising materials, and branded shout-outs on GrupDesk’s social media platforms.
