In order to scan the QR codes successfully, please make sure you are within 50 meters of the location you are scanning. You will not be able to scan the code until you are within the designated area.
It may take up to 24 hours to receive a response or to be notified about your prize. If you have sent a message or won a prize during Saturday, Sunday, or during a statutory holiday, you will be contacted the following Monday/business day.
PLEASE remember to check your junk mail regularly as sometimes emails can end up in this folder.
For any reason QR codes may be relocated. Relocated QR codes will remain in the same area and use the same clues, but may not be in the same spot.
If you believe a QR code was removed or taken, please contact us and let us know.
Each mobile device has different location and GPS settings. Sometimes these can get changed around or the current settings you have do not allow for the tracking of your device or your location settings are not accurate. Try these solutions, and if the problem persists, please contact us.
If you are scanning a QR code and you keep receiving the same error message asking you to move within range, there are a few things to try.
- Keep trying! Sometimes the system needs a few tries to register your information and data. Please try a few times.
- Make sure you have allowed the website to use your location. The QR codes work using geofencing technology and must use your location.
- Check the other FAQ’s to see if there could be interference from any other device settings.
